L'Heure Romantique by Ciro: launched in 1929. This was also a perfume by Corday, in fact, I can only find references to this perfume as by Corday and not Ciro.
Discontinued, date unknown.
In 2018, I was notified that Parfums Ciro had been resurrected and their website www.ciroparfums.com now offers fragrances based on their originals. One such perfume is L'Heure Romantique, recreated by Alexander Streeck.

From the website:
"Eyes that meet, glances that meet, two people who find themselves together in moments that seem to last forever ... L'HEURE ROMANTIQUE quotes those magical moments of the meeting of two lovers, who today are taking away the memories of the morning create ...
A modern bouquet, centered on a longingly radiant wildflower beauty, violet-blue iridescent like a watercolor. Fruity-velvety Damascus rose, silky-clean lily of the valley, powdery iris and velvety cyclamen complete the flower still life. Ripe watermelon and tart and juicy pink grapefruit create a dynamic spirit of departure and give a fresh taste. Gentle orchid flowers along with delicious bourbon vanilla are soft, energetically supported by musk, and give the fragrance its subtle sweetness."
- Top notes: Bulgarian Damascus rose, orchid, pink grapefruit, watermelon
- Middle notes: valley, vetiver, iris, cyclamen
- Base notes: white musk, Bourbon vanilla
